Maria T. Sall EP, CSCS, MES is an Exercise Physiologist with a degree focus on Corporate Wellness and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. She has 25 years of experience in behavior change, exercise technique and application, work comp, auto and industrial rehabilitation, industrial injury prevention, body mechanics and gait correction. Maria is also the owner of Tailored Injury Prevention Solutions, Inc. and has served as the director for three outpatient rehabilitation facilities. She has created more than 20 videos for industrial use, including the new TIPS presentation series. Maria served as a Master Fitness Trainer for the Army National Guard for 7 years and resigned from the military as a Staff Sergeant E-6.
