On Site Return-to-Work Support

Because your employees work with us for injury prevention, personal comfort and improved function, they have an understanding of their ability to impact their condition. Because our employees work within your environment, learning the job requirements and your people, we understand the true physical job demands and how to best help your employees. If an employee is injured we can work with them as they return to work to assure best practice in physical movement, balancing exercises that help them manage their on-going recovery and on-going corrective training to assure a smoother transition to full work with reduced risk for re-injury.

Our three-tier approach enhances the injury recovery process for all employees:

  • Employee Specific: Includes proactive "lifestyle" enhancements such as – weight management, correction of weaknesses and movement compensation patterns, improved circulation, decreased muscle tightness, increased strength and stability, walking and balance issues.
  • Job Specific: Addresses changes to job related body mechanics and equipment that supports recovery & prevents re-injury.
  • Injury Specific: Incorporates exercises and self help techniques specific to injury type and supporting body movements.

Complete and comprehensive "functional" recovery is an active process that starts with identifying recovery needs and injury causes. We then work with you to develop a functional plan that addresses employee specific, job specific, and injury specific recovery.
