What Can Inspire Do For Your Workplace?

TIPS is excited to announce the start of our all new Wellness Promotion Program. TIPS has integrated our concepts of wellness and injury prevention into a comprehensive lifestyle management program called Inspire. “Whether your goal is to cut insurance costs or injury rates, having a healthy workforce is essential,” Leah Bond, states. “This program is suitable for all levels.”
How does it work? Our Inspire Program will focus on four main areas of wellness - nutrition, physical fitness, stress management and physiological testing.

In nutrition classes, employees learn about food options and are provided information to make healthy dietary choices. Most Americans don’t realize how many calories are in one serving of a particular food, or what a correct serving size should be. Our Inspire Program will teach them the basics of nutrition so they can apply it daily.

Educating employees and employers on how to incorporate physical fitness into their daily lives is also very important. Our Inspire Program can help even the busiest employees find ways to fit in exercise and succeed.

Our Inspire Program’s stress management class can help employees change negative attitudes and habits into positive ones. This ensures a healthier lifestyle, both inside and outside of the workplace.

Physiological testing is another key part to having a wellness program. If simple exams such as blood pressure and cholesterol screening are in place, it can provide early warning signs for more serious problems that an employee could face in the future. This also gives employees the opportunity to learn how to change their lifestyle situation.

With fewer employees taking the workload, its more important to help them learn how to take care of themselves.

The Inspire Program:
• TIPS employees will be available for one-on-one consultations with your staff, starting with a health questionnaire, personal fitness test, and a goal setting session to determine the specific needs of each individual.

• From this information, TIPS will design a program for each individual that will focus on dietary recommendations and exercise guidelines to suit individual needs and fitness levels.

• TIPS will also evaluate any current or ongoing injuries, aches or pains and customize a program that will promote total body health and wellness as well as healing pre-existing aches and pains.

• TIPS will coach you each month on a new topic that will guide you along your path to health and wellness that is pertinent to your particular journey.

• TIPS will be available for individual questions or problems along your journey, as well as provide intermittent goal checks and measurements to keep you on track!
