Employee Specific Prevention

Every employee's body and needs are different. This is why we create custom programs to address the unique movements of each employee to prevent injuries before they occur. Whether an employee is at-risk for back pain, sore muscles, or carpel-tunnel, TIPS provides individualized analysis and tailored solutions for a variety of body movement challenges:

  • Joints: We teach your employees to become aware of their movements and habits. From there, employees learn to make corrections with their movements as needed – both at work and at home.
  • Walking and Balance: Our Injury Prevention Specialists help your employees learn to use the way they walk to help – rather than hurt – their health and balance.
  • High-risk Employee Assessments: We work with your at-risk employees to identify behaviors, movement patterns, body conditions, and other factors that may increase their risk of injury. Based on this assessment, we help your employees correct the changeable factors affecting their job performance and injury potential.
  • We also develop and implement easy-to-learn group and individual training programs that focus on employee specific injury prevention. We keep our hands-on training simple, and relevant.
